MdeAS renovated 90 Park Avenue’s lobby and entry, creating a dynamic space evocative of the energy in the surrounding neighborhoods. The elevated ceilings and marble walls of the lobby work in conjunction with the glass entry to lend a sense of depth and brightness to the space. Adding a youthful touch, the lobby acts as a gallery for Doyle Partners artworks, “Color Library” and '“Light Cloud”.

A Youthful Remix on a NYC Classic

Inside the lobby, an expansive integrated-lighting system adds visual appeal to the design while brightening the space to reveal a rich material palette of Calacatta Vagli marble floors complimented by new Este Light travertine walls. Moving further into the lobby, towards the elevator banks, the travertine walls transition to a light sycamore offset with black trim, a contemporary take on the Walnut and Rosewood features so common of the Park Avenue towers of the 1950s and 60s.
