With a background in performing arts, Danielle Spinello brings a unique perspective to her role of Manager - Human Resources at MdeAS. At the firm, she leverages her strengths in active listening, observation, and empathy to foster a studio culture of trust, growth, and belonging. She is passionate about designing systems and environments where every employee, regardless of their role, feels empowered to contribute authentically and meaningfully.

Danielle leads with a people-focused strategy, an approach reflected in the development of HR programming from employee onboarding to performance and career management. She has a pulse on the changing needs of the studio environment and develops best practices to support the firm’s growth. A key focus of Danielle’s work is to create engaging and impactful workshops that resonate across all levels of the organization. This focused professional development equips the architects and designers with the tools and confidence to thrive.

Danielle values the power of community as a driver of growth and collective success. She is a founding member of Safe Space, HR’s leading strategic community, and an inaugural cohort member and peer coaching facilitator of PeakHR. She has become a trailblazer in human resources in the AEC industry, building a community to support and drive workplace practice forward. Known for her curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning, she excels at fostering connections and building spaces where individuals and teams can thrive together.
