PROJECT / RESIDENTIAL
Parc Beaufort
Designed by early 20th century architects Pollard and Steinam in 1908, Parc Beaufort, located at 140 West 57th Street, is a historic landmark on one of New York City’s most famous blocks. Just down the street from Carnegie Hall, nestled across from the architectural icons of Billionaires’ Row, and moments from Central Park, this limestone and brick building retains its original spirit as light-filled artists’ studios through our careful restoration and residential conversion.

Heritage Modernized
Parc Beaufort has been reimagined for the 21st century into a collection of residences imbued with the creative spirit of its past. Light-filled floorplans feature distinctive architectural details, such as soaring, double-height bay windows in select homes, and are complemented by a curated suite of amenities, from a sunlit Fitness Center and a Residents’ Lounge to a beautifully planted Rooftop Terrace. Parc Beaufort offers a fresh interpretation of timeless New York City living.
Parisian Rooftop
In collaboration and compliance with the Landmarks Preservation Commission, 1,800 square feet of space was made available on the roof for an elegant Parisian-style rooftop terrace featuring historic skylights and a Rosenwach water tower. Lush plantings, seating areas, and an outdoor kitchenette make it the perfect setting for an enchanting evening.
