DANIELA DONEVA PETRUSEV

As a director and project manager, Daniela has been instrumental in the design and execution of some of the firm’s most prominent projects. Her progressive design perspective and fascination with technological innovations and meticulous architectural detailing led her to a leadership position overseeing the MdeAS material research library, through which she inspires a continuous search for the most advanced, innovative and sustainable materials and processes.

Since joining the firm in 2008, Daniela has developed a comprehensive understanding of New York City's Landmarks Preservation Commission and the Department of City Planning.

Recently completed projects include the renovation of 330 Madison Avenue, 7 West 34th Street, and 43-08 Crescent Street in Long Island City, as well as the substantial lobby and plaza transformation at 1221 Avenue of the Americas.
