Mike Zaborski, Principal, To Speak at CTBUH 2025 International Conference in Toronto

Mike Zaborski, Principal, will be presenting at the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) 2025 International Conference in Toronto on October 8!

Mike will present PENN 2 as the winner of a CTBUH 2025 Award of Excellence in the Repositioning category. This year's conference "From the Ground Up: Tall Buildings and City-Making" explores the quality and porosity on the ground and first few floors of tall buildings, emphasizing how they create and frame great streets and the public realm. Mike's talk, "PENN 2: Rebuilding for People", explores the various ways PENN 2 was designed for people, including improved wayfinding, safety, public space, and work space.
